Data Protection & Privacy
Your information will be stored and processed on our computers in the United Kingdom. We will hold and transmit all information in a safe,confidential and secure environment adhering to the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect only necessary information to enable us to provide a safe,efficient and personalized experience. You can browse the site without giving any personal information. You will need to provide personal information if you wish to use the service. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to us and you are consenting to a record being kept of the details provided.
When using the service we may require further information such as but not exclusive to contact details,financial information and further personal information to allow us to take payments and identify you. We will use the WorldPay Payment system provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
On the site we will use cookies. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customised service and to help promote safer trading.
We will collect information on any purchases/sales you make through the site. We will also collect any feedback given or received about you.

As a matter of policy yoorGooRoo never rents or sells your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. If you have registered on a white-label site provided by yoorGooRoo, your personal information is shared with them. It is your responsibility to check their Data Protection policies and yoorGooRoo cannot be held responsible for any acts or omissions by them.
You are responsible for any actions taken using your username and password therefore we suggest you do not disclose these to any third parties. If your password is at all compromised we urge you to change it in the personal information section.
The personal information section allows you to review and update the information you have provided.
Upon written request we will deactivate your account and remove any personal and financial information we hold in our databases. We will do this as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.
All of your personal information will be removed other than such information as is required to meet our legal requirements our legal requirements. In some circumstances we may not instantly remove all your information such as to resolve disputes,troubleshoot or enforce our users agreement.
Except as otherwise expressed in this privacy policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Any information you disclose publicly on your public profile, to pupils or to GooRoos will not apply to our privacy policies.
This privacy policy is subject to change in order to reflect the regulatory environments we work within and our own data disclosure policies.
Any changes will be posted on the site 30 days prior to the changes being enforced,or if less as soon as is practically possible.
If you are in breach of your obligations under this policy we may take actions which may result in:

Copyright
If you choose to make a video public you must have the right to use the video footage and the soundtrack. If in doubt don't make it public! yoorGooRoo has a policy of removing all material that breaches copyright owners' rights as soon as it is aware of it or it is brought to its attention.
The copyright of the movie from the GooRoo belongs to yoorGooRoo and not the GooRoo. (We have to do this in order to comply with money laundering regulations in the UK). However we grant the user who has paid for the movie a perpetual, universal right to use it. So you can just treat it as if you own it, as long as you show the yoorGooRoo.com link
Your responsibilities
To use certain features of the site you will need to create a yoorGooRoo account. When doing so you must provide complete and accurate information.
It is your responsibility to inform yoorGooRoo of any breaches in security or misuse of your account.
yoorGooRoo accepts no responsibility for any indirect or consequential losses which may be incurred by you. This shall include any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, or any loss of data suffered by you.
You agree to refrain from posting malicious or inappropriate content. You must not use the site for data mining or similar activities. Breach of these terms may result in a permanent ban.
Reviews will be moderated and can be submitted so long as they are not illegal, abusive, obscene, threatening,defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain other software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" You may not use false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. yoorGooRoo reserves the right (but not obligation) to remove or edit any content.
Advice
If you do post any information on the site you give yoorGooRoo and its affiliates anon-exclusive royalty free and fully sub licensable right to use,reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content throughout the media world. We may also use the name you submit along with any such material.
yoorGooRoo cannot take any responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information posted by a GooRoo on the site. Please be guided by user ratings and reviews before purchasing.
We do not set the price for the service or the delivery times. These are set by GooRoos. If you are unsatisfied with the service please use our dispute resolution service.
The decision of yoorGooRoo will be final in all disputes.
If you purchase from the site it is your responsibility to pay any local taxes which may be due.
Warning to users
Yoorgooroo is not liable for any injuries incurred when following advice or instructions given by GooRoos.
Dispute resolution
If you are unhappy about the video you have received from a GooRoo you must notify yoorGooRoo within 24 hours of download of the video by you from the yoorGooRoo servers or/ if you have only previewed the video but not yet downloaded it, you have 7 days to notify yoorGooRoo, by flagging the video as unacceptable and stating your reasons.
The video will then be examined by yoorGooRoo moderators and a decision will be made within 3 working days as to whether your complaint is upheld. If it is upheld a refund will be made via your credit card within 10 working days.
If you do not notify yoorGooRoo of your dissatisfaction within this time period you will forfeit your right to a refund.
Specifically for GooRoos
When you register with yoorGooRoo you are agreeing to provide the services that you advertise.
Do not advertise services or competencies that you do not have.
Do not use misleading descriptions.
If a user rejects the video solution that you provide as being inadequate or incompetent or otherwise deficient in terms of either content or video quality your payment will be suspended until the matter has been investigated by our dispute resolution team.
If we uphold the user's complaint you will not be paid and we may remove you from our website. By registering you are accepting that the decision of yoorGooRoo will be final in all disputes.
It is your responsibility to pay any local taxes which may be due and to declare your income to the relevant tax authorities.
Warning: Giving false, misleading, inaccurate information may result in civil liability. Consult a lawyer if you have any questions.
